I’m very excited to share “Balance Your Chakras – Balance Your Life©”

This is an introductory workshop.  Even if you’ve never explored chakras before, you’ll be perfectly at home.  And you’ll walk away with a better understanding of your energy system and why it’s so important to keep your energy centers open and balanced.

I’m sharing lots of information about your seven main chakras: what they are, why they’re important, how to keep them in balance and how that helps to keep your life in balance.

I’m a Certified Crystal Healer but I’m including other ways to keep your chakras in balance too.  I’ll be giving you information about essential oils, affirmations, meditation, mantras and color.  We’re going to explore each of these and we’ll try some of them.

I’ll demonstrate balancing your chakras with crystals.  You’ll get to see how it’s done and you’ll get to try it yourself.

I’ll be happy to answer any questions you have or come up during the class.

  • We’ll begin at 6:30pm so please come a few minutes early to find your seat and get comfortable.

  • Wear comfortable clothing.  Be relaxed and comfortable and enjoy this experience!

  • Wear layers as the temperature may not be suitable for everyone and your body temperature may fluctuate throughout the class.

  • If you have a pendulum, a pendant, a key chain (anything with an object that dangles from a chain or string, etc.) please bring it with you so we can use it during class.

  • Bottled water will be available.  It’s always good to drink lots of water to help release stuck energy!
